Quality Parameters
To ensure quality control, the manufacturing process is repeatedly checked by Master Calibration Equipment available with us. "Masters" are carefully maintained in controlled environmental conditions and cross-checked at routine intervals with national and international standards. This ensures high quality standards in the Slip Gauge Blocks manufactured by us.

Surface Quality & Wear Resistance
The surface finish of Master Metrology Gauges is always maintained below 0.2 of 1 Micro-inch. This is the most achievable parameter. The quality thus obtained guarantees maximum wringability while in actual use. Users will, therefore, appreciate the excellent adhesion qualities of the Master Metrology Carbide Gauges. The ultra-finish process employed eliminates all peaks and mounds which would otherwise wear the block, and make it undersize. The high quality finish of Master Metrology Blocks enable them to have long lasting tolerance levels.

Service & Calibration
Both, Tungsten Carbide & Steel Gauge Blocks are accepted for further calibration. If servicing is deemed necessary, Master Metrology can undertake processing to remove scratch marks formed on the gauging surface. This naturally would improve accuracy of the Gauge Blocks & wringing quality simultaneously. After stabilizing them in our precision laboratory, the same are compared with Master Gauges. Necessary certificates will be issued accordingly.
